Super good value! Staff is so sweet and helpful, allowing early check-in. Room is clean and well-maintained with a big, comfortable bed. Both aircon and fan are provided, along with a TV. Awesome shower pressure and hot water. Wi-Fi works great. Location is safe, close to town and has street food and convenience store nearby. Quiet and surprisingly good for the price. Ideal for a layover or short stay. Cleaning service, good Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. Nice small pool.

the staff at Capital O Hotel Yukon were kind, and the room was big enough and clean. One thing that I really appreciated was that they allowed us to use their fridge. the location was also great as there was a spot nearby where we could catch a shuttle to Tulum. it was a surprisingly good hotel for the price, making it ideal for a layover or a couple of days' stay. It was close to all the bus transport hubs for easy access in and out of Playa del Carmen, and only a 15-minute walk to the beach and tourist areas. There were plenty of local restaurants around if you didn't want to pay high prices to eat out. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

I had a great new year experience at this hotel. The comfortable beds and daily cleaning service were definitely a plus. The good wifi connection made it easy for me to work remotely. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the small pool was a nice feature to relax by.
The hotel could use some renovations as it didn't live up to the pictures. The area surrounding the hotel had a bad vibe and felt unsafe.

the room at Hotel Yukon was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the property itself is new and the bathroom has been recently renovated. I liked that the sheets were changed daily, adding to the overall cleanliness. the hotel is conveniently located on the main road to Playa del Carmen and has a nice pool.
It was a safe place to stay and I felt comfortable resting and sleeping there. Cons: N/A.
